Kevy's Hawks Trivia

These terms and conditions govern your use of Hawks Trivia, the official Illawarra Hawks trivia game, operated by the Illawarra Hawks (we, us, our). By playing you agree to these terms.

1. What Hawks Trivia Is: Hawks Trivia is a free trivia game testing your knowledge of all things Hawks. It is free to play with no purchase or entry fee required.

2. Who Can Play: Anyone can play. A valid email address is required to earn badges, appear on the leaderboard, and be eligible for prizes. If you are under 15, get a parent or guardian's OK before entering your email address.

3. Fair Play: One account per person. You agree not to use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, search engines mid-quiz, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate scores or the leaderboard. We may remove scores, badges, or accounts we reasonably believe are not genuine, and the final call on all results rests with us.

4. Display Names: Your display name may be visible to other fans on the leaderboard. Keep it clean. We may remove or edit display names that are offensive, misleading, impersonate another person, or otherwise do not belong on a family-friendly platform, and we may block repeat offenders from playing.

5. Prizes: Prizes may occasionally be offered to the weekly winner. When a prize is on offer, it will be announced before or during that week's quiz along with any specific conditions. The weekly winner is the eligible player with the highest score for that week. If scores are tied, the winner is the tied player who was first to complete that week's quiz. Winners will be contacted by email and must respond within 14 days or the prize may be awarded to the next eligible player. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Hawks staff and their immediate families are not eligible for prizes.

6. Sponsored Quizzes: Some quizzes are presented in partnership with Hawks sponsors. Sponsors have no responsibility for the operation of Hawks Trivia, the selection of winners, or the delivery of prizes, and to the extent permitted by law accept no liability arising from your participation. Any dealings are between you and us.

7. Your Email Address: By registering, you consent to your email address being added to the Illawarra Hawks mailing list so we can keep you updated with all things Hawks, including news, tickets, memberships and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, linked in the footer below.

8. Our Content: All quiz questions, Hawks logos, imagery and branding featured in Hawks Trivia belong to the Illawarra Hawks or our licensors. Playing does not give you any rights to use them.

9. Availability: We may change quiz content, adjust scoring, fix errors, pause the game, or end Hawks Trivia at any time. We do our best to keep it running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scores, badges and leaderboard positions have no monetary value.

10. Liability: To the extent permitted by law, we and our sponsors are not liable for any loss arising from your use of Hawks Trivia. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Changes to These Terms: We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued play after an update means you accept the revised terms.
